CEPPO DI GRE.
Shaped by an individual planning approach and the ambition to create a configuration that feels understated, yet highly expressive. The challenge was to find a calm architectural solution with strong materials and a clear visual presence, without making the design feel too heavy.
At the same time, the layout of the terrace required a more thoughtful approach. A full kitchen run would have blocked the access route to the seating area, so the concept evolved into two distinct cubes. This solution keeps the space open and functional while giving the overall design a sculptural and precisely balanced character.
